You are a fricking idiot aren't you? not everyone on call in this world is in the medical profession. maybe someone who works for Blue Cross Blue shield as a senior software developer rotates a weekly call once every two months just in case there is a glitch in claims or processing. Perhaps providers from all across Louisiana are trying to submit claims in order to get their facility paid. Maybe that could lead to someone needing to be able to login and correct a software or network error remotely.
