Never couldnt buy a ticket outside of TS...Last year I got a ticket for the Florida game about 7 rows up, West side on the 30 yard line for $40!
Like everyone said, be patient and get close to stadium....whatever gate u stand outside usually thats where the ticket will be....and old guy or couple walking into the stadium dont want to keep there tickets so they will usually sell them for face value or cheaper...I even got free tickets plenty of times right before kickoff

My son bought two counterfeit Florida tickets last year by the old Box. That really sucked cause they looked real.

If I can't pick up tickets from someone I know, I look immediately outside the stadium starting about 20 minutes before the Pre-Game show.
If you can find a guy with his wife/GF in tow, that's usually a safe bet.
One of my co-workers says if he has any doubt, he takes a picture of the seller with his camera-phone.
