They were interfering so much because of past years in JH. Where the refs would have rather swallowed their whistles than call a penalty. The AU coaches knew this, so they encouraged them to hold and grab instead of get beat. Backfired this year, finally.

Burrow is no one strike wonder. He had several huge completions on that last drive.

Exactly!!!! They knew after the first quarter they couldn't guard LSU's receivers without holding and pulling and such. They interfered a lot more than what was called. If they didn't, LSU would have had a lot more catches and a lot more scores. There's a lot of crybabies at Auburn calling foul. Every one of those PI calls were legitimate. No question about them, they were obvious and clearly PI.

The refs missed so many penalties on Auburn in the first half, they should be happy about that. I’m just happy the officiating straightened out in the second half.
