From Cody Worsham twitter
quote:

Was talking to Joe Burrow’s high school OC at @bulldogbrohood last night about how he’s seen all this before with Joe. I asked him what his reaction was when Joe made the Houdini play vs. Georgia in the SECCG.

“He did that vs. Zanesville.”
Watch the video!

Joe is flat out a competitor. Wow!

Completely different but still cool. Also more of just a jump ball but big players make big plays.

As I watched Joe play that first season. I thought that he should have kept the number 10. Because it stands for leadership, strength and courage. And that was before I found out that he was born on the 10th of December.

JB is just an absolute baller. Compound that with his football IQ, makes for a sure fire Heisman winner.

Not that I'm disagreeing, but how does the number 10 stand for this?

As it turns out, Joe wrote his own story with number 9 and is the only Heisman player to have worn that number.

That's numerology, more importantly it's the number that he has worn his whole life. Joe's Twitter handle is JOE_BURROW10. I suppose that wearing #9 while winning the Heisman Trophy is probably as equally important to him, now.

Ask the players that requests the same numbers their whole lives. Or the players that pay other players for a specific number in the NFL. And I did say that I preferred that he wore number 10. At the end of the day it is not important. But I have to consider who I am talking to. That would down vote it and make a big deal out of something that obviously is important to some players based on what I just said. JOE_BURROW10, wearing the same number their whole lives. Paying for a number.
