17 touchdowns 2 interceptions (17 touchdowns is 2nd in the NCAA)

What a time to be alive.

I never thought I’d see an LSU offense like this. It’s a thing of beauty

Maybe that’s because of Joe.

Had they not faced LSU, their pass defense rating would not be so terrible. I’m pretty sure Bama’s opponents with regard to pass defense standings will yield similar results .

I don’t know what USM was ranked but there were a couple times they didn’t have a DB within screenshot of Bama’s WR

Now imagine how having a consistent running threat (even in limited snaps, pass game lighting up the field excluded)

To me,that would put us over the top as far as being "unstoppable".

That being said, it seems we are getting better at it

Is that including the LSU games? Because I don’t need to tell you why that would be silly.

I do agree with you, though. We aren’t gonna be hanging 50 or even 40 on everybody we play. Defenses will be better, more film will be out there, and the numbers will dip.

But since you’re a Bama fan on our board who has the audacity to make a post about strength of schedule, you can kindly go raw dog an anthill.

Jalen Hurts is 1st in most. Washington State QB is first in TD's.

I am well aware that past results do not guarantee future results, but.......

Joe has an 80.6% chance of throwing for 12.3 yards. THIS is why the rushing numbers have not been there. No need to. Numbers will change when defenses change what they attempt to do against LSU. Or maybe not.....

Just enjoy it while it is here.

Any defense that he shreds will fall to the bottom of these rankings this early in the season.

I thought it was Hurts. But he hasn’t thrown as many passes.

But defenses only get tougher from here (and that's fair). So, let's moderate that - let's say Burrow only manages 13 more passing TDs and only 2000 yards for the remaining 9 games (8 RS plus bowl).
Excellent points. Some D's get tougher, for sure. But some not. Burrow & WRs will rip up Utah State, Ole Miss, and Arkansas.

And Burrow will likely play full games against Florida, Miss St, Auburn, Bama, and A&M.

And LSU takes the W in T'Loosa, IMO. The most important stat.

Granted. But over the last decade, we would have come nowhere close to this production, no matter the competition.
