I did answer your question, twice. No two teams are created equal and shouldn’t be held to an arbitrary number. I told you Orgeron underachieved in 2017 and overachieved in 2018. There’s no magic number.

Translation: I won't put a number on it, because then I wouldn't be able to move the bar every year to defend Orgeron as needed.
You are free to not put a number on it, if you wish. I feel there is a standard that should be upheld at LSU. I don't give a damn who the coach is. Orgeron, up to this point, has been fine and has proven worthy of getting us to the standard I have personally set. I am confident he can do it too.

I agree with him in a sense and if I recall correctly, one season short of that wasn't grounds for dismissal. There will always be circumstances involved. For instance, Orgeron won't deserve to be fired in his 3rd year for 9 wins. Miles didn't deserve to be fired in 08 or 09 because of what he did the 3 previous years.

I haven’t defended anyone, except Ensminger. I think he gets a bum rap here. I’ve told you twice and I’ll tell you a third time, Orgeron underachieved in 2017. Yup. Whatever... I was told the same thing on the Buckeye boards when I predicted that Haskins and the WRs would blow JT Barrett's season passing stats all to hell. (result - Haskins - 4831 - Barrett's best, 3053)
My predictions for 2019:
1) Burrow will at 68%+ completions, 70%+ is not unlikely...
2) Throws for 3500+ yards. 4000+ is not unlikely...
3) He'll have a 5 to 1 or better TD to INT ratio...
4) Top-5 QB in 2020 NFL Draft
And, yeah, Burrow is a better QB than Haskins TITTB
