It's likely a nod to the fact that he's playing NFL Football in his home state and a bit of a tip of the hat to his local fan base, but really who the frick cares. The rant sounds like a bunch of 13 year old girls bitching because their friend didn't "like" their tik tok video.

Haha. This is rich. The man spent his entire life in the state of Ohio, and he is now the starting quarterback of an Ohio NFL team with a long-suffering fan base who is thrilled to have him. It was a good move on his part to give a nod to his home state during the biggest game the state of Ohio has seen in pro football in over 30 years.
