Yes. It oould be from prior trauma (fall off horse/bike/quad). Xrays without concominant edema may not be able to tell old vs. new. A CT or MRI would better delineate but I don't know if Lowery had this in ER.

Great how the 10 days is annotated on the thread that is Sept 02. Great how the cops or whomever want to dramatize this. I'm currently deployed with 1600 marines and they take this judo onboard the ship. We(the sailors) can't enjoy a port because the marines are always trying to fight the locals and show off their judo moves. I know this story has made great conversation between sailors and marines on the messdecks.

I'm just guessing it was Lowery. Whoever has the supposed fractured vertebrae, if it was only seen on xray, it may not be from this incident. I've had many patients in the past with non-weight bearing vertebral fractures that popped up on later xrays. (Oh, yeah, I did fall off my quad a few years ago....)

I don't have a link to the truth. All I've got is what's been n the newspapers, Mile's presser, statements by lawyers, and statements by the cops.
All we heard all weekend was these guys were yelling racial slurs at the players. Well that's bs. Ppl have been dogging that Andrew guy all weekend. None of y'all were there. Y'all don't know what went down. Y'all make these statements as if they're 100% fact. And it's nothing more than hearsay. Rumors concocted on this board most likely. And if it turns out he didn't instigate anything, then y'all will just move on to bashing the next accuser.

There has been a few non LSU fans cheering here for the LSU players to be guilty whether they are or not.

Have I read it wrong, or hasn't it been confirmed that Andrew told police, and his attorney made the statement, that he was never in the bar? If it were to come out later that there is actually video evidence that this was a lie, would you agree that his story as to what happened would be highly suspect?

No one said he picked the fight with Davenport. Likely just running his mouth waaaaay too much and someone shut it for him.
As for the "dragging" of someone out of the truck, I can see someone getting too deeply involved and thengetting scared and running for the cover of their truck, only to have their arse drug out to take their punishment.

This is ugly! Ugly for all - LSU & BRPD.
Looking like everyone is in the stall mode. This really gets ugly if BRPD is waiting for the Fab 4 at the airport on Sept 4.

Domestic violence cases which see court has one party with a history of abuse and often times the police are called as a witness in court.
Anything like that in this case?
