Windy Thees:Fla St grad, grew up in Arizona (has great ties to the hotbed softball territory:
First job:at 23 yrs old she took over a horrible juco program in Fla and took them to the juco national tournament.
Second job: at 25 she took over a horrid D2 program at Ga State & University, after a few years she took them to the National Championship Game.
Third job: at 28 she took over a new program at Memphis, building the program from ground up. After struggling for a few years (and being offered the Kentucky job of which she turned down) she has built up the Memphis program, where in 2011 she has already beaten Stanford, Kentucky, and Ohio St, all ranked teams. Their record as of 3/30 is 21-7, beating some highly regarded teams.

You already embarrassed yourself once in this thread by suggesting her.

Being and avid softball...baseball fan, you don't want or need a pitching coach as a head coach, especially in softball. Honestly you need a baseball coach but I understand you may need to hire a woman. If this is the case you need someone with head coaching experience and willing to bring in a male baseball guy to coach hitting...I believe DeFeo was a cheerleader not a baseball player or coach. No disrespect to cheerleaders but as a baseball...softball guy I wouldn't try to teach cheerleading.
