You obviously don’t know as much as you think you know.

Can’t discount 7 years because the last two under O sucked.

Coaches aren’t always good in perpetuity. Bo Pelini was an elite DC at one time. By 2020 he wasnt anymore. I’d rather judge a coach based on what he’s been the last 4 years than what he may have been 5-11 years before that

Aranda coached 4 years at LSU and Raymond coached 9 lmao. Maybe Raymond made Aranda look good, because he looks like shite at Baylor

I agree with these statements by the way. I just think you’re overblowing his impact for us and I’m weary of if he is the best we can do. That’s all.

He’s not a defensive coordinator anymore and has nowhere near the talent he did at LSU. Aranda fielded elite defenses at two major programs. Raymond took over an already well oiled DB factory when Ron Cooper left

If you’re going off of what you just said, Kelly has regressed. Hasn’t made the National Championship since 2013. That’s out of your window

if he doesn't find a good gig, would like the see him as a defensive analyst and maybe retire in a few years. decent recruiter.

I am over blowing it, but I just watched a full season of DBs not understanding how to turn around and play the ball, and that was mind blowing.

Kelly went 12-1, 11-2, 10-2, and 11-1 his last 4 years at Notre Dame. He won the west in year 1 here after we lost more games than we won the two years before he got here.

Raymond went from having elite pass defenses to having bottom of the SEC pass defenses his last 4 seasons. If you can’t see the difference between the two, then I can’t help you

You can’t blame everything on Orgeron. Why has Florida’s DB play been so bad?

When Brian Kelly took the lsu job he vetted all of the current coaches on staff at that time and only retained 1 coach that is Brad Davis. Should not need to go into any further detail on why lsu should bring him back

Is a cornerback the only part of a pass defense or is that scheme, and pass rush, and linebacker play, and safety coverage? I’m unsure.

Florida’s entire team is bad. They have no pass rush so that absolutely kills them, similar to us, except we have no pass rush and corners who have necks that can’t turn around

I'd like for Kelly to really look into/consider Chevis Jackson.

It appears as if in your universe, when the DBs play well then that’s all Raymond. When they play poorly it’s because of scheme, the head coach, and everyone else except for Raymond. Why is that?

You realize two things can be bad at the same time right?

Florida had 3 INTs all season, last in the SEC. They had the second to last defensive passing efficiency in the SEC, even worse than LSU. They allowed 8.34 yards per attempt, also worst in the SEC. Does Raymond take no blame in that type of play from his group? I feel like you didn’t watch Florida at all this year
