Now I’m no football guru but would like to know what you guys think of Brennan’s progression though out the season as far as pocket awareness, erratic footwork even when there was no pressure and questionable decision making. He seemed to really become poised towards the end of the season making better throws and not becoming as rattled under pressure which is all we’ve seen from Joe every time he was on the field. But it was just encouraging to see Myles look better and better as the season went on and it defiantly felt like Burrow was rubbing off on em.

Watching this, I'm very happy with his internal clock. Not too jumpy, but he knows where the pressure is coming from, and seems to know when more guys are coming than can be blocked.

Accuracy needs work, but he's working with second team, so who knows. Overall, despite him being a middle tier QB for this year, I think it'll be a rough year for him with Chase quitting on the team. Now 2021, I'm all in, but this year? Nah frick this shite.

My schtick about Burrow going into last year, was that he was a very good QB, who was working with all new receivers in 2018, and was very accurate. I faulted the WRs for the offense's woes, and by all accounts I was right, as usual.

We didn’t see enough snaps against 1st tier talent to judge if he really progressed. Let him work in camp and place no undo expectations on him just because he got in for a few meaningless snaps.
That was the one thing I really didn’t like about last season was the lack of opportunities for him against more first team talent.

Between Marshall, Arik Gilbert, McMath, Palmer, Boutte, Jenkins and the backs catching the ball, I think he'll have plenty of weapons to soften the blow of losing Chase. Keep doubting him though. People called Burrow a middle tier QB and he had a 6th-7th round draft grade going into the season last year. The Moose will turn it loose.

His best moments were in the CFP semi vs OK. He had a superb series late in the game, still against the OK starters. He converted a key 3d down and was in complete control of the OFF leading to a TD. He looked very comfortable with the calls, formations and was a calm, cool cucumber. IF the OL comes together, which I believe they will, he will get the time he needs to make his progressions and get the ball out to the right receiver/back. With the skilled-pos weapons, the OFF has the potential to be very explosive again this season.
