I dunno, not yet. If things keep going in this direction it won’t be too long. I like Reaves a lot, it’ll work itself out

LSU has two CFs, Stanfield and Curiel. Larson is behind Stanfield, Curiel, Mic Paul, Brown, Pearson as a center fielder. I'm not surprised you would think he should play CF though.

Yeah the OF and DH spots are a bit more crowded than the IF. Sucks for Larson

IMO both will continue to see PT. Jay nay have made a promise of significant PT to Braswell to get him back. He was playing well end of last year. Tanner will get PT too bc Jay doesn’t want to lose him in the portal. I personally think Tanner has a better upside. There is another possibility …I could be full of s*#t

Can’t disagree with anything you said. And I don’t think Braswell will get his feelings hurt being a spot pinch hitter or defensive replacement.

Don't overthink it. No promises were made. Jay believes in R/L and L/R matchups. Also, Braswell is a far superior defender at 3B and a far more experienced player. Reaves will get his fair shake against RHP this season, he'll be an every day guy next year, get drafted, and move on. It's a process.

I think you should review... Braswell was hitting for a bout a month at the end of last season prior to that he was TERRIBLE, in the field and at the plate.

That's why I asked. He's saying that in response to the mention of a player who has expressly said he just wants to do whatever is best for the team even if it means sitting. Just curious what the person who posted meant.

Do you expect him to say anything at all besides “I’m ok with doing what’s best for the team” ?

Reaves is better everyday player. Braswell is a good role player.

I have no expectations, that's why I asked the question. As did several other folks.

Ok. If you have you have no expectations then why is it so hard to understand what someone means when they say the coach wants to keep his players happy?

I just don’t can’t comprehend how someone has trouble understanding what someone means when they say a coach is trying to keep his players happy.

But hey maybe someone else has the patience to explain that to you.
