Leaders don't have to yell and scream at their teammates. He proves his leadership on the field by leading them to victory and gaining their confidence. I also like Harris and think he has talent but he just does not have the crunch time poise to make the right decisions.
My God, freshmen QB's are all over the country leading their teams. (see Texas Longhorns)Need a change even if temporary.

You could have all the greatest QB guru's in the history of the NFL and NCAA coaching BH and only get nominal improvement.
He just doesn't have "It" or many of the really important intangibles you look for in a QB.
It takes more than just "Athleticism" and a "Strong Arm" to be an effective QB..............
