Too slow. A better idea is to have a train set up to carry passengers downriver to a large parking space which funnels traffic easier. You could have trains every five minutes, etc as opposed to a ferry every twenty minutes. Also, you could have multiple cars on a train that would easily surpass the passenger content of a ferry.

Not a bad idea but the traffic line would be terrible. Just the Galveston ferry can take forever sometimes and they have 4 to 6 running at a time and its usually an hour wait.
