Do you think Brady will be able to coach pro players?
Yes, because he has already proven he can coach modern offense, and his concepts came from the NFL. That's an easy answer.
The people saying Bo knows how to deal with modern offense because some crappy FCS teams TRY to run it, might want to explain why he was only 28-25, and why his team gave up 26.8 points per game this year, playing all FCS teams.
The argument that has been repeated in his defense is that everything is relative...Ok... If everything is relative, with his players being less talented, and his competition being less talented, then why did a 5-7 South Dakota team score 56 on his team?
We'd all like to believe that he'll go back to being as successful as he used to be, based on having more talent. And I'm not saying it's not possible. I'm saying it is something that very much remains to be seen. That's literally all my position has been on the matter, based on what facts we have to go on with recent history, and the obvious that we haven't seen him coach at this level in some time.
If that is viewed as an unreasonable take in this forum, then I am happy to be in the minority, because this is obviously nothing more than an echo chamber for blind optimists, rather than an open minded, well-reasoned, intellectual discussion about our teams.
