Normally I'd be against it, but because of the fact that he finally had the game we've been looking for, I'll allow it. You have to remember this guy was the #2 shooting guard coming out of high school. I think it's more that he's happy to finally be playing at the level HE KNOWS he can. Plus he and Newman know each other really well. No issue from me here.

It really wasn't a big deal and JJ seemed to have handled it. Blakeney and Newman put on a show.

He didnt slap the glass or punch the ball in the stands. Surely refs have let worse go. They saw him talking before and were watching him.

I think those 2 grew up playing against and with each other. Friendly trash talk, but you gotta heed a warning from the Ref and your Coach. Nothing to see here.

thank god none of the people condoning it are coaching the team.
you'd have a squad of undisciplined INDIVIDUALS.
the guy has his first really good game and can't keep from flapping his jaws. he was warned by coach and didn't adhere to instruction. at some point, that type of player's actions will cost you. coach was right to bench him. hopefully, coach has him running steps tomorrow during the super bowl. maybe blakeney will have a better understanding of directions after that.

Hell, throw some punches. Have some fire. Be the "U" in basketball form. Make them fear our physicality and intensity. Make the PMAC equivalent of Tiger Stadium. Clothesline some guys going hard to the hoop! Fear=Respect.

I'm with this,people need to fear this team and what it can do.I hate techs,but if Hornsby,TQ,Blakeney,Victor,and company canyon step up and play with swag,Simmons will feed these beast and we can make a serious run and gethe some recruits.
