Agreed- I do think the for cause firing is a known failure for lsu and just a bargaining chip/way to drag it out unless there is some major thing BK did we don’t know about. I don’t think an affair 2 years ago that lsu did nothing about (allegedly) is enough at this point. I do think the poison pill is where the teeth are and where the negotiation will happen

Even if he wins, he is still going to have to get money from the Louisiana legislature.
