CJJ is definitely a below avg coach. He has probably reached his ceiling. Like Les, it will be a long, underachieving journey to a new coach. Will stay relevant just enough to keep his job.
CJJ has improved the program every single year he's been here. Where the frick do you people come from? Is there an island of idiots somewhere?
