Big Sam hugging the ref during WV game?

I did do a search and found nothing. I saw it on the fark board. What is the hell was up with that? I never noticed him doing that. Did he do it during the game? That crazy arse is out the box, maybe he does need to be on meds

First drive of the game. Believe it was the second or third play. WVU was called for personal foul. Ref walks in front of Sam and Sam hugs him.

Sam was breaking the fight/pushing contest up between their center and Logan. As the ref was walking up, throwing flags, he hugged him. It was pretty funny, especially considering they got the penalty, hen we both could have.

Also notice Brandon Taylor yanks him back watching him try to hug the ref.
That was just as funny.
Montgomery is my favorite player. He is such a character.
I also remember him really hamming it up singing the alma mater after the Oregon game.

I thought touching the ref was a penalty. Apparently it is not... that was very nice of Sam to give the zebra some love. Gentle giant.
