The first 3 you stated, on that order. I witnessed all games you described. I think KY was #1 because there was very little, if not any hope. The others we had a decent chance.

In person would either be the 2000 Tennessee OT win or the 2003 Georgia win.
In terms of thrilling, once in a lifetime, it would be the BCS title vs OU.
On TV, too many to mention but the 2007 Auburn game comes to mind as well as the 2005 Bama OT win.
