The high scoring game against Mo. made one thing obvious, that Les Miles meddling was a hindrance to LSU's offense. The team looked fantastic last Saturday night. By far the best effort all year.

But LSU scored over 40 points in 17 games starting with the 2012 season, and scored over 40 points 5 times last year. So if Miles meddling was a hindrance to LSU's offense, how does that explain all the games the past few years where LSU scored over 40 points?

Well, allow me to reword the post, Les Miles's meddling became a hindrance over time to the offense.

Cool! Ensminger just waited and when the opportunity came knocking he was ready. Give him credit for hanging around and "learning." I never really liked Cam anyway. He was the undoing of Miles IMHO.

He was either the undoing of Les Miles or Les Miles was his undoing.

I approve this message We were 18 points short but I like the effort. In the Miles regime, LSU would have taken the foot off the pedal. Granted that was once thought a classy move but not in the modern times of football.

always questioned his place on the staff, but he sure did a hell of a job yesterday.

Me too. I figured the TEs didn't do anything but block, so just stick them with Grimes so LSU can hire a dedicated QB coach.

Well, Coach O did say in his post game press conference he would have liked to score more points given the chance.

He took the foot off the gas and just ran late.

We put up 56 and over 600 yards on Texas Tech in the bowl. Why is 45 such a deal against Missouri. Sec east lite

Games coming up on LSU's schedule should tell LSU fanbs a lot, one way or the other.
