I liked Gary on the whole. He gave good insight more often than not, his delivery could be annoying though. He also seemed to get whinier as the years went on lol.
I loved his "think players, not plays" line when Flynn hit Early for a 4th down 4th quarter TD vs Bama in 2007.

I have recently watched clips of the entire season. Edwards-Hellaire was so damn good. Vastly underrated coming into that season.

Our offensive line absolutely dominated Bama. The only way they could stop us was to send numbers and Clyde and Burrow made them pay when they tried.

While i don't particularly miss Danielson, I am going to miss the CBS broadcast. It is utterly top notch. They use different lenses from the ESPN cameras that I believe are a bit sharper and don't over-saturize the colors on the screen. The overall production is excellent - feels like a movie or something between the music and aerial shots. If you watch an ESPN broadcast, you will notice there are much less aerial shots for some reason. I also feel that that the CBS broadcasts capture the crowd noise better. They purposefully will even ever so slightly fade out the commentators voices as if their voices are behind or being drowned out by the crowd creating an illusion that you are sort of inside the stadium with the commentators.
It's a lot of minor shite that no one realizes. Quite sad they won't be doing the SEC anymore.
