Yes, only going as far as Joe takes them.

They have a good RB, WRs, and TE, and the defense isn't bad. The offensive line is complete garbage.

They’re better off losing a lot of games this year.

Bengals want to lose. Helps in long run. If they go 8-8 they end up with a mediocre draft.

Problem for Joe is he got drafted not by just a bad team but a bad organization. Big difference.

A low to moderate draft position is not a death sentence, if you draft well and manage your money properly.

AJ Geen is not even a top 15 receiver and he is his best option outside. I seriously think all three LSU receivers from last year would star on this team.

100% correct. That’s why I had such mixed feelings on them getting him. All the logic of “they’ll build around him” sounds great. But I have 20 years of watching them every week and listening to local radio that says otherwise. My hope is Joe can influence a change in the org. Much like the “Bring Back the Magic” thread I was reading, you need someone to shake the org and fan base out of their accepted losing mentality.

So frustrating watching this team. For years, it seems their goal on every drive is a FG.

I know it would be considered a failed season if the bengals got a top 3-4 pick but the left tackle from Oregon would be the best thing for him

They may win 5 games.

Hopefully they get him that monster LT from Oregon
