Probably not.
The Sugar will have the first pick after UF goes to the NCG, they'd pick Bama. Then the Fiesta would get to pick, since they lost Texas.
Then, the natural, pre-determined order is:
Orange
Fiesta
Sugar
If USC is eligible, they'll be selected before that (probably to the Fiesta, right after the Sugar chooses Alabama), due to the money involved.
