He has continued to get elite recruits with all the attention on him, so he must know what the hell he is doing or have some serious dirt on the bluebloods because they haven't done shite to him. He does appear to be building something special at this point. Everything seems to be coming together at the same time. Elite recruits, guys that buy in and hustle, elite D, the fans at the PMAC creating a good environment, etc.
