2nd half begins

Storm Warren misses from the post.
NSU misses on the other end
Stringer goes left and puts it in on the drive.
NTU fouled on the other end. Inbounds, 5 footer ....good

White on the post turnaround jumper. Nice from 9 feet. 44-30

A Dotson picks up 2nd foul. NTU ball. LSU remains in man to man. NTU goes deep into the shot clock. Pt guard hits an off balance one hander in the lane. Nice shot and picks up foul

Hits FT,

Turnover LSU, NTU misses layup in transition whew

Stringer to warren. Fouled badly on the shot, no call, gets 3 of his own offensive rebounds and missed all 3. 0-4 on that possession alone for Warren. In his defense, he got hammered on that first one

NTU misses

Storm Warren scores on 10 footer

NTU answers with floater in the lane 49-32

Warren stripped on the way up,

NTU scores in transition.

51-32. Turner fouled. I think the foul was on the floor. No Free throws. LSU ball on the side when action returns. TIME OUT

Stringer is part of the problem. He can shoot the 3 and that is it. He is very small and not very quick. He is horrible on D and can not handle the ball nor pass very well. I see why MSU and Ole Miss did not recruit him very hard.

Green picks up 3rd foul. Stays in the gam

NTU scores on the other end

Green misses for LSU, Warren with the follow up....good.

NTU, turnover. LSU ball

Derenbecker misses a three

NTU drives, loses ball OOB

LSU back the other way NTU still in man to man. No pressure in backcourt. LSU misses, Green gathers off rebound. Derenbacker to the hoop, blocked.

NTU in transition, block by Warren.......ouch, goal tending. I thought you could do that. He spiked it from behind against the backboard.

LSU back the other way. Miscommunication Green to Turner, ball goes harmlessly OOB. Time out on the court.

Johnson needs a hug.

NTU easy basket underneath out of half court offense. 61-42 TIME OUT 9:24 remaining

NTSU shooting 93% from the line. That's impressive.

Good for them, there's still no excuse to be blown out on our court by them. These players should be ashamed.

The poor defense in transition I mentioned because LSU, in transition had 3 players attacking the ball handler 35 feet out, no one running back to the lane for the break.

IT was very amateurish looking

WOW, NTU gets easy 7 footer in the lane out of the half court offense.

Johnson, needs to swallow his pride and incorporate a zone defense to mix in for when we play a team like this. They are shredding us in half court offense, transition offense, and even on the secondary break, when they choose to.

The defense is really bad tonight.

65-44. TIME OUT. I missed a few possessions during the ranting, but, it's been more of the same.
