I cannot fathom the foul problems. I mean I know what needs to be known about the game but the intricacies of basketball ball are foggy to me. Can someone explain to me how fouls can be such a problem? Is it coaching? Discipline?

Eliminate stoopid fouls, shoot 50% from 2 feet and we might have a chance. Oh, some defense would be a good thing, too.

fouling when you are not even close to the basketball.
