That isn't why I called you an idiot, but thanks for the solid reading comprehension evidence to help back up my opinion.

Glad to see I have real estate in your head.

Rebounding and defense were undeniably improved. You're the blind one here if you didn't

Our rebound totals vs GW were better. I will give you that. GW's tallest player was 6'6 if I'm not mistaken so with the shear height advantage we should have the advantage but nonetheless we did get more rebounds. My stats appear a little different from yours. I have 44 vs McN 37 vs Kenn and 34 vs USA. So tonight's 51 is much better I'll agree on that.

Was this game so much better than vs the same type team overall? I still say no. But guess what? We'll get a chance to find out real soon if we've improved. I still say this team just doesn't seem to the "it" factor that good teams have. The problems as you stated are obvious. The meat of the schedule happens soon. I'm hopeful as always but not optimistic.

Don't get me wrong, I don't disagree. We just showed improvement in some of our worst areas.

The mental lapses and careless play have been concerning for 2 years now despite the talent. It needs to stop now if we're going to climb ourselves out of this hole. Same with the FT shooting

Agreed. Appeared they at least were thinking about playing tougher defense in the first half. It's obvious it's been addressed. They revert to bad habits in the second and try to coast with street ball mentality. I was really hoping for a little tourney run this season. The hole is pretty deep right now. Seems likely impossible to climb out of given the tendencies we've seen, but we'll see.

Need to go 1-2 in the first 3 to have a shot in SEC play. Just playing those teams should boost our RPI, but we need some signature Wins to overcome this crap.

UF surprisingly has the #5 RPI.
