Did you watch the fricking game?

FYI, JL hardly played the last few games of the year b/c JJ was pretty effective as a QB.

Did you compare the last three games of each QB? What were the results?

Come on Mr. just me!! your argument does not hold up.. You would have to compare apples to apples.... which three games are you comparing? what were the caliber of the opponents?? Forest Gump would tell you that Lee is the better passer... and a better passer in the clutch.. (last season against Fla., AL.,NC) JJ is a better runner, period. and we are loaded at running back!

JL had to come in and win the game since JJ was inept
Except for the fact that every touchdown was scored with Jefferson at QB.

Jefferson was having a horrible day passing against Tennessee. Les was right to put Lee in. However, Lee also had an INT, and he threw no TDs.

BS. This wasn't the only time JL was brought in for obvious long passing downs througout the year. Guess he was hurt the other times as well.

dude, he was actually throwing the ball well that game, esp. after halftime. this wasn't his shite-tastic UT performance. he got hurt, they brought in Lee.

to the OP, Lee's gonna start and win all 14 games. Amen.

Doc when are you going to learn. Using facts and logic with the JJ fanboi's never works! It is always someone else's fault when JJ fails! Come on I know you know that by now!!!

Why would you not compare where the offense left off last year to the start of this year?

You mean the one rushing TD at the beginning?

And the TD scored by Ridley because JL drove them down the field?

You are a JOKE

yeah i watched the games...i saw lsu lose by the most they have lost a game in quite a while...with JJ at the helm of one of these great games.

You know what is sad. LSU is enjoying something really special right now....and have a chance to be possibly the best team in lsu history....and we still have to put up with loser like you who despise Lee so much...that you still come on this board and start crap about a guy that ain't even on the team.....how sad is that ...really.

LSU gained more yards in Jefferson's first three games last year than it did in Lee's first three games this year.
Link?

I've already posted the stats
No. You did not.

The comparison is total yards.

And it would be more fair to compare Jefferson's more recent games.

Let's compare what Jefferson has done most recently not what he did farther back. Don't you want to use Lee's most recent games?

Because it's not the same

You're looking at stats at the end of the season for JJ

And at the beginning of the season for JL

Even though JL's stats are better

Let's quit wasting time on these guys doc. It's probably Jj or his family.

Here is a fact. JJ will not play another down at lsu, and will go down as perhaps one of the worst qb's to ever play at lsu, and certainly the worst in terms of national offensive rankings during his two year tenure. Period.

Good God.
Hard to reason with someone who looks at things this way.

I suppose the term imprvoe each week just doesnt register for you does it?

A more fair comparison would be to use lee's last three games of 2011.

But we don't know the future.

I'm comparing the three most recent games for each. Jefferson had 3 BCS opponents. Lee did not. Maybe it's not fair to Jefferson.

Passing yards . . . rushing yards . . . Let's compare total yards.

LSU gained more yards with Jefferson at QB in his most recent three games than LSU gained with Lee at QB in his most recent three games.

LSU gained more yards with Jefferson at QB in his first three games of last year than LSU gained with Lee at QB in his first three games of this year. And LSU now has a QB coach and much better playcalling. I'd even say that LSU has a better o-line and running backs this year. Plus, Jefferson is a year older and more experienced.
