Funniest Game I've listened to in a long time. Relaxed the whole time and just enjoyed beating the greenie weenies.

Looks like were really getting the bats going heading into the back stretch.

I think they really quit. The finals excuse is weak. Whats another hour? Think they will get after it in study hall when they get back to NO?
I think this lose may be on their minds as they stay awake tonight. O, well it was a great game by the Tigers. Great exibition of hitting.

All the starters got at least 1 hit. Would be great to carry that to Arky.

That could take us to next year. That means we don'y lose the rest of the year? I would take a loss, if we have to lose, along the way that has no meaning to the final result in Omaha.

tulane's student athletes are extremely studious, scholarly young gentlemen. i wouldn't expect an LSU fan to understand

They should pick up a copy of "How Not to Lose to the Mercy Rule" and another great book, "Scoring More Runs to Keep Up"

If I'm not mistaken, didn't we score the bulk of our points against the Tulane's lefties? If so, this is exciting news to hear.

That was so weird. Being at the game nobody knew what was going to happen. Then after the third out LSU walks onto the field and the announcers said something along the lines of, "Due to the coaches mutual agreement, this game is over and is official." LSU fans started laughing and the Tulane fans I saw either stayed seated or had a red looking face. It was pretty comical. (This is what we say in right field).
