Did KMR text Kramer today and tell him that he would pinch hit or at least come in as a late game defensive substitution?

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned, but apparently CPM talked about possibly moving Hale to the cleanup spot.

I don't think it's a bad thought. I mean, I don't think he's a big extra-base guy, but it could be pretty effective if he keeps making great contact like he has. Might have a solid BA/RISP.

He never said "clean up". He said he would move into the middle of the lineup. Looks like 6th.

Hale, LSU’s starting second baseman, may move from the No. 9 hitter to the cleanup guy, coach Paul Mainieri said Tuesday.

Jared Foster, the cleanup hitter for the first two games, will move down in the lineup for Wednesday’s game at Southeastern Louisiana. Hale, catcher Chris Chinea and third baseman Christian Ibarra are candidates, the coach said, to replace Foster.

I was just going off an article I read in the paper this morning. I mean if that's the case, then that's fine with me, but it doesn't seem like a terrible idea.
