Baseball is a game of momentum. Especially for this team.

This team is either all hot or all cold. When things are not going well, no one is stepping up and breaking the streak. No one seems to be firing up the troops.

We need some guys who can step up when the chips are down and start a rally.

And on many of the great lsu teams, those players weren’t always the most talented ones.

This isn’t a talent issue. Many over-talented teams have these issues. This is a “no one wants to hold the rope” issue. Is it because we have a bunch of portal guys who don’t really care about the program?
