It's understandable about the pitching situation and needing the better arms for the weekend.. but this beat-down is absurd.
It's pathetic we ojnly have 1 run into the bottom of the 8th inning.
We are getting wrecked against state competition. Losing is one thing, but we aren't even competitive.
Would actually be nice to win midweek games coming off a series loss, but whatever. No one cares, I get it.. but at least let's be competitive.
Winning 2 out of 3 in Arkansas will make up for this, but that's a huge task.

That is one of the most troubling and disappointing things to me. And, tonight isn't the only time this has happened - it seems to be happening on a regular basis. That is bothersome - and, leads me to believe that they won't be able to 'flip the switch' come tournament time. This year is beginning to look a lot like last season that died a slow, painful death in Corvalis. I'm afraid history is about to repeat itself - hope I am wrong.
