i like how the UGA announcer says he made a great diving play, when actually he was falling down because he misjudged it..

Thats more than a handful of great plays by their outfield. They have been key to UGA this series.

I said before and I'll say it again, I lay the struggles on our hitting coach. You're seeing players this year lack hitting fundamentals, when, these same players last year weren't doing the same thing. I lay that on coaching, IMO.

Josh, you're one of the most knowledgeable and reasonable guys on here about baseball, but it's no slam to say a guy doesn't have a big league arm. LeMahieu doesn't. That's the reason he's at LSU instead of being a high-rounds HS draft choice in 2007 who would be a seasoned minor leaguer now.

His arm isn't terrible, but it's not big league. It's borderline, in my opinion, and he's still a top prospect because of his other tools and intangibles. I wish him a bright future. But I don't think the other poster was making his arm sound bad by simply stating it's not big league. Few arms are.

I know guys with big league arms who never got out of Legion ball, so LeMahieu has a lot going for him. Ask any scout you see at the Box about his arm, though.
