Bottom line is we are 1-5 and last place in the west. Georgia had the worst record and maybe worst BA in the SEC and we couldn't win 2 of 3. Telling I'd say.
Again is this some sort of jinx that began with the basketball teams and the softball meltdown? Or is it the AD who says thet a particular coach can lose the rest of his games and not be worried about this job? You would think our AD would demand a competitive team from all the teams in the program. Or maybe we are somewhat overrated.
It isn't gonna get any easier.

I listened to the radio broadcast by Jim Hawthorne...I know it doesn't make any difference in the final score but he is terrible.

I didn't get to listen to the 1st game.
2nd game was a summary of errors.
Trey Watkins had 2 costly errors. Alsup threw to 1st and hit the runner. We pinch run Didier who was thrown out at home on a base hit when advancing from second. Hawthorne said Didier looked like he was running in mud. Last but not least Austin Nola hit what sounded like a Grand Slam from Hawthorne's call, but it ended up being a long out.
