To answer this question, Gaus is the pitcher of record in this game and got the loss. He pitched great, but got a tough-luck loss.

I just can't help but feel we lost a series to a team we are most certainly superior to. Team needs to actually show up tomorrow other than starting pitching.

Congrats to Tigers - great game by both teams. Very fun game to watch. I like this LSU team alot and we are going to win a lot of SEC series this year. I predict that Omaha is just around the corner.

Something needs to be done about the freaking batting order. I'm smart enough to know that Maineri forgot more about baseball during his last morning dump than I'll ever know, but this hitting is HORSE shite. I can't believe a young man like Gausmann gets F'd by a "loss" after an incredible outing. Get the bats going or get used to playing postseason away from the box. What a bullshite way to lose a 10 hit game. Pathetic!!!

We have to win tomorrow. If we don't then I am gonna have nightmares that we start the same as the softball team. They played Fla and GA in a row and was 0-5. I would have to then think its catching.
