i haven't piped up much lately (usually 3-sheets by this time on Fri night
) but with the game on the line needed to pull out the rally cheers
cant wait to see the sec opener next friday in person! i'm in the homerun bleachers so maybe i'll catch one of the 15 HRs we hit that night

It's probably the first chance they've had to practice outside this year.... Pretty sad Tigers!
There first 3 games were in Florida at the Big East - Big 10 Challenge and their next 3 were in in Edinburg, Texas at the Al Ogletree Classic...this is not their first "practice" outside...

Thanks. A lot of those base-running mistakes in the early innings really came back to bite us tonight.

did anybody else think the ump got really inconsistant in the later innings?

Poor base running tonight played a part tonight...it wasn't all Illinois doing...
LSU played probably their worst game of the year and still it was a close game...

Ouch. This one hurts.

And you say you go to school there?

wathing on GZ the ump looked like he was being rather generous to the pitchers... how bad was it?

yes...I watching on GZ and you could clearly see the ball off the plate on either side depending on the batter and he was calling strikes...
