See this coming?

What does that have to do with you being wrong about me wanting to pitch just 2 relievers and you saying no one but Fraley will hit over 0.300???

Nothing.

Of course I saw this coming. I said at the end of last year, our next chance would be 2017. And I predicted our record to be 35-21 overall and 15-15 in the SEC. Still has nothing to do with my last post. Keep deflecting though.

ETA: Robertson is hitting 0.312 vs SEC pitching. Better than his OOC BA.

You have no idea why that post makes you sound stupid.

It's one thing when a random poster says it and another when someone says it who actually has the power to do so, yet refrains.

So it affected it to the point that all the other hitters couldn't make something happen as well?

I realize games have an ebb and flow. But last night was all ebb for us. TAMU had it, we didnt. Thats really all there is to it.

Just have to be better today.

It changes our approach. It changes our strategy. We keep it a 1-run game and we hopefully bunt wofford over after his double. He scores it's a tie game heading to the bottom of the 9th. Coaching decisions matter.

I never said they don't. But what we're debating here is hypothetical.

"Maybe" we lay down a solid bunt and "hopefully" Pap (who went 1/4 on the night and is barely hitting over the Mendoza on the season) can bring him home.

I'm all for holding CPM's feet to the fire. And his mishandling of the staff often borders on ineptitude.

But that loss was more about their pitching vs our hitting than it was about the singular decision to throw Bugg.
