So the strategy to beat the Tigers in post season is going to be march out the third string second baseman to soft toss to one of the best hitting teams in college baseball. Seems to be as effective as anything else.

Their pitcher Laird took a couple years off to learn a curveball
and Alcorn picked him up. He was a mediocre rural Mississippi
High school pitcher

Devall gave up 3 runs in 17 innings of work this spring and fall combined. The few innings he threw when the season started wasnt that flashy. It seems as though they gave up on him early.

PM really forcing the bunt today. I don't blame him we need to be able to lay them down in the post season

Looks like may be another rough midweek night for the SEC.

Vandy 1 Belmont 4 F
Kentucky 1 Louisville 2 F/10
Texas State 3 Texas A&M 3 T5
Southern Miss 4 Alabama 2 T5
Missouri 3 Missouri State 9 T4

Also in a non-conference game it's
Mississippi State 0 Ole Miss 7 T4

OK, so after 6 or so years on this, my second TD account, I'm going for 1000 posts tonight. Have been drinking in anticipation of leaving on vacation tomorrow, so just ignore me if I get off topic.
