re: Bammers and the "CLASS" issue...

I can only speak of what I have seen. And While I am sure you are telling the truth, I am sorry for you experience, But I have been to many games at both stadiums ( I lived in New Orleans for 13 years), I have never seen our fans throwing stuff first hand other than popcorn etc.
But when my wife and I would go to LSU games I have had my Bama plates smashed on my car, another game the car was Keyed, people who attended the game with were jumped when they took off from our group to find their parents(LSU fan parents).
So yes all fans are bad but LSU is real bad.

All I know is we have more Crystal Balls and SEC championships and wins over Bama in the last 25yrs. So, according to Bama fans we must have more class.

Well having beat Bama five years in a row I think it's safe to say that LSU's program is stronger than Bama's. Bama's living in the past when there was no limit on scholarships and you could pay the players without getting caught. Those times are gone and so will Bama after todays game.

My point is there are unfortunate things done by 2% of any fanbase that is not true of the whole. With Bammers it seems they point the finger at everyone else and claim to have class when they are guilty of the same.

If you live here in the state, you must realize, college ball is the ONLY thing we have to hang our hat on, so you will get what you get in every other state, just to the tenth degree. There is no pro sports or anything else to deflect any other attention to anything else.

1 and 1/2 hours to kickoff!!! Good luck, just not too much Tigers! Can't wait fer some smashmouth ball!

None of these gameday visitors are mentioning the brick/rock that was thrown into an Alabama assistant coaches home last year are they?

Their is a good reason for that, it didn't happen.
