it wasn't as bad as sec refs but bama was still allowed to tackle clemson DL on a regular basis with no holding calls

If you see the replay of the last Hurt's TD run, look closely you will see a tackle from behind by Bama around the 10 yard line.

Not only that but there is an earlier thread about the refs missing 2 targeting fouls on Bama. So I would say Karma is Bitch.

I disagree that there was a pick on the last TD. Watch it closely and you'll see the DB actually just tackle the wideout bc he was expeacting some sort of pick due to previous play calls in that set.

cuz as much as I hate Bama, that's not a pick.

You are right. Just like that was clearly a personal foul on Vidal Alexander right after the LSU fumble recovery late in the fourth quarter. After all he was the only one scuffling.

Oh yeah and that was clearly a clean catch and not a trapped ball on the BAMA reception two plays prior to the tying FG. So clean the officials saw no reason to even review it.

And no, that was not an illegal formation by BAMA on the tackle eligible play on the first play of overtime.

How dare we think that every crucial call or non call could possibly go BAMA's way to save them from an epic defeat by an Anthony Jennings led LSU team. Perish the thought there is any hint of BAMA privelege.

Yes it is a pick. Even Gary states that simple fact. It does not look as egregious because the line of scrimmage is further away from the end zone. It's a pick/rub play. That's a common play in Kiffin's offense.

100% truth

Anyone that isn't a gump and has a functional brain would agree.

It was not a pick. The gump defender interfered with the Clemson receiver to the extent that he disrupted his own teammate's efforts to cover the other receiver. Not illegal in the least on Clemson's part. Should have been DPI on Alabama.
