This baseball team is going to be a middle of the pack SEC team this year at best. Plain and simple the talent level is just not there.

No doubt about it, this team has "talent," but the development aspect is still a work in progress. Luckily, there are still plenty of baseball games left to be played, so hopefully these guys will show progress as the season goes on.

They'll be lucky to be average. Don't count on a regional in Baton Rouge.

We’re not playing well but this board is gonna be surprised whenever we start racking up a ton of wins on the backend of this schedule because of how frontloaded it is

Every fricking season. Title or not, the same threads, same complaints early in the season once we lose a couple games. Every single year.

Here goes tiger droppings posters hitting panic mode again. LSU baseball will be just fine so relax some it’s baseball not football or even basketball and last I checked Florida was the team that was national runner up last year and skull drug us 1 game then as well.

I just don't see any offense out of this lineup. I think you just try to weather the storm until you get past tennessee, and hope you can take 2 out of 3 the last 5 series of the year.

LSU will play a very difficult schedule because you have 30 games against SEC competition. I am not hopeful that LSU is going to be a national seed though.
