Probably both. But he was outclassed athletically by a lot of DE's last year. It wasn't just technique, it was speed off the ball to the edge and stiff hips.

Yeah my thoughts exactly. He is a mauler in the run game but just seems to get beaten regularly by good rush DE/OLBs.

A strength coach can’t get me excited about an OL guy who keeps falling short of expectations.
