JL was being very diplomatic.

Exactly,

Listen to the interview well, and there are a few moments if you read between the lines, he is not all that happy and exicited. One of the statements that comes to mind is, "They had some kind of plan". Like he was saying, its shitty and i was no part of it...

Class act. Very mature. Not something you see a lot of when you look around.

What else would you expect from him? He's been nothing but class since he arrived.

Lee: "I do. I've been there with him for five years. It may not seem like it from a fan's perspective, but we really do have a great relationship. And I really respect him as a football coach and as a person."

Hmm wonder why he said I do instead of we do??????

It's called playerspeak. "I just want to help out the team in anyway possible. Jordan and I are good friends and we both support each other. I have the utmost respect for Coach Miles."

Kinda like coachspeak. "We had the want to get Jarrett into the game but the situation just didn't allow us to."

If I ever meet Jarrett, I will give him a firm handshake, look him in the eye, and tell him I proud I am of him. He is an ambassador for the university by being not being outspoken about his feelings and always deflected his success from the beginning of the year to the program. Geaux Lee!

You may be right but I still respect the way he has handle this situation. I think some believe that to complement JL is to insult JJ. I still like both guys.

Wait, I thought Les said that he expects to see Lee play a meaningful role in the game? I'm so confused.

Whether he meant it or not. He is a classy guy and handled everything gracefully. He did a great job representing the program.
