Pretty gd pathetic when you can't sweep a 2-18 SEC bottom feeder.
Yeah yeah yeah we know. That's just Baseball, huh?
All the Pump Nut Cheerleader MA's praying that the Tigers pull an Ole Miss and somehow get hot very late.
WE (Sane Realistic Tigers) would love to see that happen, but absoltely don't see it happening

Herring is right there to sweep the series.

We had to get 27 outs somehow. People are way too focused on this and doing it with hindsight. Herring wasn't going all 9. Some other guys were gonna have to get some outs, regardless of the order they pitched in. What's more concerning to me is only scoring 5 in a late April Game 3 AT THE BOX.

We're just not that good this year. I think you can criticize Jay for how he constructed the roster. But I think he's gotten way too much hate for his in-season decisions. He's literally tried almost every single combination of things possible. These particular puzzle pieces just don't fit together right this year. No matter how you put them.

I gotcha. I like Bingham, but he has not been good lately.

I'm with you here. He also does not belong in CF. I think I would have preferred him in left, Pearson in right and Larson in center.

Kling has some bad strikeouts, but after today his OB% is better than Bingham whether you are looking at the season, conference play, or just this month

In April in SEC play Bingham has 11Ks in 37 PAs, Kling has 10Ks in 34 PAs. So Bingham is actually striking out at a higher clip than Kling in the SEC in April.

New numbers in April in SEC play

In April in SEC play Kling is 7 for 28 with, 5 walks, 1HBP, 3 RBIs, 3 runs scored, and 1 stolen base. He is hitting 0.250 with an OBP of 0.382. 10 Ks on 34PAs

In April in SEC play Bingham is 6 for 34 with, 2 walks, 1HBP, 2 RBIs, 3 runs scored, and 0 stolen base. He is hitting 0.176 with an OBP of 0.243. 11 Ks on 37PAs

You are so juvenile. FYI their other two wins were against bottom dwellers 15-6 Tennessee and 16-5 Arkansas.

the top 5 of the order for LSU today went 2-19 that is .105

that will not cut it in SEC play, or vs auburn who was 6-14 before today

I try to be positive, but I don't understand.

It may be that Herring isn't comfortable starting but that is pure speculation on my part.

I don't I know better than Jay, but this one is really confusing.

I didn't understand Bingham for Kling since Kling is hitting better than Bingham right now and is better and so much faster in the outfield.

But they need to find something for next weekend, we cannot allow a sweep and I really would love a series win though I do not expect that. Barring a series win against A&M we need to win both series @ Bama and against Ole Miss sweeping one of them. Then win a game in the SECT or two.

Current situation with 9 games left. The top 12 get into the SECT. LSU holds the tiebreaker with Auburn and Mizzou. Florida holds the tiebreaker with us. The tiebreaker is yet to be determined with Ole MIss and Bama,

Florida has the toughest schedule going forward followed by Mizzou and Georgia.

It will be interesting to see what the next 3 weeks holds for LSU.

LSU(7-14) plays Texas A&M(15-6), @Alabama(9-12), and Ole Miss(7-14)

LSU Leads Auburn by 4 game(s)
Auburn(3-18) plays Ole Miss(7-14), @Missouri(6-15), and Alabama(9-12)

LSU Leads Missouri by 1 game(s)
Missouri(6-15) plays South Carolina(11-10), Auburn(3-18), and @Mississippi State(12-9)

LSU is tied with Ole Miss
Ole Miss(7-14) plays @Auburn(3-18), Texas A&M(15-6), and @LSU(7-14)

LSU Trails Alabama by 2 game(s)
Alabama(9-12) plays @Mississippi State(12-9), LSU(7-14), and @Auburn(3-18)

LSU Trails Florida by 2 game(s)
Florida(9-12) plays Tennessee(15-6), Kentucky(16-5), and @Georgia(10-11)

LSU Trails Georgia by 3 game(s)
Georgia(10-11) plays Vanderbilt(11-10), @South Carolina(11-10), and Florida(9-12)

Yeah, I don’t really want to talk about this, but I do want to say that I understand your stuff and Dom responding as well.

I am not Capt Hindsight in any possible way. I’m fairly sure you guys know me better than that.

Today sucked for our team and the season has been difficult. Not you guys, but anyone that just wants to rub that in, is not my thing.
