Wow, you really think one of the best defensive minds in college football won't be ready for one of the oldest offenses in the country is absurd...Bama will stop the option....fact is were going to have to throw the ball to beat bama

Saban said going into the locker room at half time that he was going to "stop that option" and they couldnt do it. They had a week to prepare for Georgia Southern they couldnt do it. Their linebackers are big and slow (relative to our personel). Like it or not JJ gets our best personel out there to exploit their weakness because we usually run ford a lot more with him to get to the edge on the option.

no...after going 8-0 Les thought it was time for the kid that was named the starter at the beginning of the season to reclaim the starting position

well...he didn't do it the first time we played....and he sure as hell didn't do against a high school team in Georgia Southern.

I suspect the georgia southern quarterback is a lot sharper than JJ.

I do not see it happening unless Mr. Jefferson cannot physically perform. There are very likely things we do not know.

The interceptions that Mr. Lee threw at 'Bama amounted to awful decisions made in a state of panic so far as I can tell. If that is the case, it is not likely to change unless the panic state is voluntary. Maybe one day, if CLM writes his memoirs we will learn the full story about this year's QBs, but I would not count on it.

1) We don't run the traditional option offense.

2) Saban had a week to prepare for Ga. Southern and he let them put up over 300yds on the ground.

3) Do you honestly want Lee out there again considering Bama has been his Achilles since he's been here?

4) Jefferson gives us the best chance so you people taking this shite personal need to grow the frick up.

So how many of the 23 pages so far are Choctaw, BeeFense and boxcar proclaiming the greatness of JJ? Over/under 80%?

All off an article about the other QB written by a hack. GG needs to show this thread to his boss tomorrow-he might get a Christmas bonus...

I love Les but i don't understand his treatment of Lee. We have have had sizable leads in every game with the exception of Bama so if Les was concerned about Lee's confidence then he should have put him in the game with the lead. We may need him against Bama. Regardless i wish Lee well. He's been a class act.

I bet you couldn't find one post where any of us proclaimed JJ to be great in any of these threads.

I will admit that it is curious. But the outrage is absolutely ridiculous. Especially considering where the team is. Some people are acting like we aren't even bowl elgible.

The JJ supporters appear to LIKE the outrage.

If JJ supporters were true Tiger fans, they would easily see and say, "man, JLee is getting hosed, but glad that JJ has been there the rest of the way. Don't know why CLM is doing this, but let's just keep rooting on the TEAM".

JJ supporters seem incapable or unwilling or both, of doing that.

And what if the rumors of Lee basically becoming a shut in after the Bama game and skipping class are true? Maybe Les has got this shite under control. It's amazing that the best head coach our school has ever had still had idiot message board fans questioning his decisions on a daily basis.

Why can't you just be a fan of the entire team?

i think you're confusing "JJ supporters" with "those that don't give a shite who starts as long as LSU wins because they're both mediocre QBs"

you were close, except...

1. i don't think Lee is getting hosed
2. don't really care why CLM is doing this

What did JJ do to reclaim that spot? Post bail and pass for 30 yards in the SECCG?
