Armchair coaches?
This is travel ball coach territory where it’s more important to learn how to bat flip

Monitor EVERY bull pen. Play the pitchers with the best accuracy only. Forget stuff and potential for a while. Maybe that’s already being done, and if so, adjust the pitches called with an eye on accuracy. For now only call pitches that the pitcher can nail.
However nobody’s perfect but for now we need to make changes. This would not be a drastic change if a change at all. But IMO that’s what we need to work on.

Great discussion OP. Props - won't agree with every thing you propose but still well stated.

IMO, we do not have 27 innings of SEC quality pitching among a weekend. I do think we can cobble together 18 innings and give ourselves a chance to win 2 of 3 against the remaining schedule. TBH, even finding 18 innings ain't gonna be easy. CJJ is gonna have to go unconventional until someone else matures.

As for the lineup/batting order, CJJ needs to ferret out some of the more abrupt changes, settle on a lineup, and platoon a role or two.

Finally, we're gonna have to hustle going forward to make the field. I think 14 SEC wins gets us in. Doubt 13 will.
