Yeah, but not for a double header. Apparently, that's his whole argument. But he's exaggerating. Not every coach sits their catcher completely in double headers. And not many catchers are hitting over .400. He's changing and exaggerating my posts without context. He's been here one day and has shown that he obviously belongs.

I got flack for my Bregman comment about moving him out of the 3-hole. And I've taken it. Continue to. Of course it's deserved. I was way wrong. But I'm okay with that. I'm okay with saying that I think and being wrong. TD is a way more fun place when you say what you actually think instead of always talking about how great things are or that you always agree with the coach simply because he's the coach.
I've said this before too... look at what we argue about: one guy hitting sub 250. That's a hell of a problem to have. We are a great team. I say it often.

Meaning what? That he should play every game? That he should play first? That he should hit 4th?
He's had his best game hitting today and he's down in the lineup. Hale looks great at cleanup. Sciv should be up higher too I think.

The guy who should be hitting cleanup is in that spot today. Chinea looks much better in the 8 hole. He's a good hitter but his slugging % is poo and he is not a clean up guy.

Meaning he is almost a perfect 4 hole hitter. With our speed at 1-3 a hit with RISP scores probably 80-85% of the time. Clutch hitting is better than slugging. He has played first very well. Only missed two scoops so far.

It's tough when ur 1-3 hitters were 0-17. That doesn't leave many rbi opportunities.
