6 hour road trip from Wisky for Sunday's game, not sure if it's best to get tix online now or wait. Read a couple places that said it's best to wait, get em at the box office. Any experience, helpful info on the matter? Thanks and

When I went in 09 I enjoyed the GA tickets more than the assigned seating. It was crazy out there. I'd wait. First weekend can be a bit crazy with all 8 teams there, but it shouldn't be a problem at all. By the second weekend, people are giving seats away.

Very cool, thanks South. I've actually heard that before about the GA there come to think of it. Sounds like a plan!

GA. unless you want to sit in the first row, no need to be there too early. Outfield seating is huge. GA is usually $10. you can buy a book of 10 at a local grocery store (forgot the name). i called, bought the book, and they had it waiting in customer service when i arrived that night. saved time.

you'll find people that have ticket booklets that aren't interested in LSU giving them away outside of the stadium

For anyone wondering "Bakers" is the name of the grocery store.

Got my Sunday tickets already so I can enjoy the weekend tailgating and not worrying about it. Probably going to wait for Tuesday.

My wife has wanted to go since 1993. I promised this year to make it happen. I was pretty upset last night when our game was announced. Tickets sky rocketed. The Mrs. and two of my daughters didn't want to do outfield. After agonizing over paying a lot of money I decided to roll the dice and get them at the game. I was there on business last year and you could sit almost anywhere for $40 a ticket or less.

I have been checking through the day and the prices are dropping. I got 4 together in section 105 for less than $100 a piece. I know it is highway robbery but the Mrs. wasn't excited about going up there with no tickets. I still think you can get them at the event. In my case, I think they could be had for $60 a piece at the game. I bought mine from TicketsNow which seemed to be the lowest. Stubhub is crazy expensive.

It's not difficult to get tickets at the game at all. The scalpels will try to sell hit, but locals won't buy them for that so prices eventually drop.

Also, you can go early Sunday morning and upgrade your GA tickets
