like how...

for starters, fixing all the broken, rusty, clouded windows and panes on all the old dorm rooms and or turning those spaces into something they can (of course) make money off of like condo-style suites.

Certainly you've been here long enough to know about the asbestos removal issues...

Yeah, I still think it could be done. It took them 3 1/2 years, but the old M&DA building got it done...surely a space smaller in total size like the dorm part of TS could get redone as well..right?

It could def. be done, TAF just needs to come up with the scratch.

yeah, i dont think any state fund would/should be set aside for it, so if TAF wants to handle it and control the space afterwards, I say go for it.

They will definitely do what TT4E just said and turn those unused and crusty arse old dorms rooms into condominiums or suites, at worst. The "expansion" will be of the luxury kind and not to accommodate the "waiting list people" or anyone who wished to get into TS.

IF Tiger Stadium expands to 110K, for example, the ticket demand goes down, as does TAF membership dues and the amount of money TAF members (the average members) will give. When you keep regular capacity at 92 K and add an extra 2K in suites and boxes, you maintain that supply/demand which dictates that for TAF members to keep their seats, more money must be given. If you allow for 15-20 K more fans, 80 percent of the people who can afford season tickets end up with a seat and waiting lists are severely shoretened...thus, many TAF members don't feel the heat to donate more money to guarantee their seat. LSU and TAF want to keep that percentage closer to 50-60.

It doesn't take a business school dropout to recognize greed.

LSU is currently constructing a "wailing wall" for visiting teams just outside both end zones. One for OOC opponents and one for conference opponents. Saw a picture today, the UGA spot on the wailing wall looks great.

I would like to see them do something to the exterior because when you get up close and see where the dorms were, it just looks kinda ugly

"Kinda Ugly" .
